About the fair
TASTES OF THE REGIONS Fair is a feast for lovers of traditional Polish food prepared according to old recipes. This event, which takes place in conjunction with Polagra Food and Polagra Gastro fairs in Poznań, successfully implements the assumption of promoting natural, certified traditional food.
The organisers of this event – Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie and the Association of Polish Regions – invited all Polish regions to cooperate. The exhibitors here are individual Polish regions which present in their stands the offer of producers of wine, bread, pastries, cheese, cold cuts and other processed regional products.
